BINESHII WILD RICE
HOW TO COOK BINESHII WILD RICE

- Bring 6-8 cups of water to a rapid boil
- Add 1 cup of wild rice.
- Reduce heat to a slow boil.
- Cook for 17-22 minutes to desired tenderness
- Drain and Enjoy!



WILD RICE CASSEROLE
˝ lb. bacon 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 cup celery diced
1 can cream of chicken soup 1 cup wild rice
1 medium onion diced 1 can mushrooms
˝ cup green pepper diced Seasoning salt

Boil wild rice until partially cooked, about 15 minutes. Drain. Fry bacon, pour off grease if
necessary. Leave enough grease to sauté onions, celery and green pepper. Add vegetables when
bacon is almost done. Add drained rice along with remaining ingredients and mix well. Place in
casserole, adding water to cover. Bake at 350
degrees for about 1 hour. Serves 6.


WILD RICE CHICKEN BAKE
˝ cup uncooked wild rice 2 stalks celery
˝ cup green pepper, chopped 1 ˝ cup warm water
2 chicken bouillon cubes salt and pepper
1 tsp. soy sauce 2 chicken breasts

Mix bouillon cubes with water. Mix all in baking dish with
chicken breasts resting on top.
Cover and bake for 1 ˝ hours at 350 degrees.
