HOW TO COOK BINESHII WILD RICE
Bring 6-8 cups of water to a rapid boil
Add 1 cup of Bineshii wild rice
Reduce heat to a slow boil
GOURMET: Cook for 17-22 min.
GHOST: Cook for 12-15 min.
To desired tenderness
DRAIN AND ENJOY!


Boil wild rice until partially cooked, about 15 minutes. Drain. Fry bacon,
pour off grease if necessary. Leave enough grease to sauté onions,
celery and green pepper. Add vegetables when bacon is almost done.
Add drained rice along with remaining ingredients and mix well. Place in
casserole, adding water to cover. Bake at 350
degrees for about 1 hour. Serves 6.


˝ lb. bacon
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup celery diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup wild rice
1 medium onion diced
1 can mushrooms
˝ cup green pepper diced
Seasoning salt
WILD RICE CASSEROLE

˝ cup uncooked wild rice
2 stalks celery
˝ cup green pepper,chopped
1 ˝ cup warm water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
salt and pepper
1 tsp. soy sauce
2 chicken breasts
Mix bouillon cubes with water. Mix all in baking
dish with chicken breasts resting on top.
Cover and bake for 1 ˝ hours at 350 degrees.
